We’re excited to announce early bird registration for our 7th Annual Interfaith Thanksgiving Dinner hosted by the Al Huda Foundation!
Join us for our annual lively celebration of the interfaith community that makes up the Umoja Partnership! NEW THIS YEAR: Early bird registration means that for every ticket sold now until Nov. 1 Umoja gets a matching gift up to $10,000. So buy your ticket now and your dollar is doubled! In addition to sharing a meal together, the evening's festivities will include guided tours of Al Huda Foundation's beautiful new mosque and community center, a presentation by the Al Huda youth called Muslim 101, and an update from Umoja Partnership's Kenyan Director, Leonard Otieno Otiende, on how basic school lunch is transforming the lives of children in western Kenya. All proceeds will support Umoja's food security programs which nourish the bodies of over 4,371 orphaned or vulnerable children.

Gratitude is essential to every component of our work at Umoja and every November we like to celebrate two things: strong partnerships and transformed lives. The relationships built within our partnership and the impact we make collectively in Kenya give new opportunities to the lives of those we serve and added purpose to our own lives. Our relationships and stories of transformation are worthy of celebration, and we hope you will join us to experience this spirit of collaboration and mutual respect at this stunning location.

We look forward to celebrating fifteen years of success in raising awareness and building relationships around our scholars’ journeys.
Our live and silent auction items will include exciting vacations, sporting events, design and fashion items that will catch your eye. (If you are looking for some libations previously found at the auction, those items will be available during our Texas Hold Em event in February.) The online auction will be available in early November and concluded the night of the event.
This year's event will not be broadcast virtually. If you cannot join us that night, please consider donating to support our food security program.
