Join me in supporting real change. Please consider helping us provide the kind of nutrition that empowers students to learn and reach their full potential. Education is the best path out of poverty for orphaned and vulnerable children who remain a top priority for Jeff and myself.

They do the work. We give them the chance. It's the only thing that can create sustainable change. Join us in transforming impoverished communities - one child at a time! AIDS remains a primary cause for African children to be orphaned in the area where Umoja is in operation in Kenya. Our 'families' are struggling more than they have in some time. In 2025, we are serving 5,444 students. We also provide additional weekend and holiday meals for 131 child-headed households.

We will need to raise $50 per child to cover the costs for all needy students. The cost of grains alone per school is $4,225. Any amount raised toward our goal will fulfill our purpose of keeping kids in school and offering them a pathway out of poverty through education.
