On my recent trip with Northminster Presbyterian Church to western Kenya, I met many brilliant, resilient children who face a massive hurdle just to stay in the classroom. Due to extreme poverty and the heavy toll of HIV/AIDS, many have lost parents and lack basic necessities.
That’s where the Umoja Partnership steps in. Their mission is simple but powerful: transform communities by keeping vulnerable children in school. They provide the daily meals, uniforms, tuition, and mentorship these students need to thrive.

- $50 feeds a student a hot, nutritious daily lunch for an entire school year.
